RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Riyoherbs we value the trust you place in us and the satisfaction of our customers is important to us.

1. SHIPPING - We take good care to pack and ship your order at Riyoherbs. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order in placed through an authorized logistic partner. Our endover is to make the products delivered to you with 5-8 working days, depending upon the area location of delivery address.
In case the product ordered gets out of stock due to any unforeseen situation, then we will inform the same with 2-3 working days of the order received.

Do not accept parcel, if already opened, tampered or broken box condition.

2. RETURN / REPLACEMENT 
   .For any claim - Parcel unboxing video is mandatory. In case you do not provide unboxing video, no complaint will be registered.

. Once the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange policy.

. If any damaged product, missing / wrong product is received we request you to contact customer support within 48 hours of the delivery of your order along with images and unboxing video of parcel.

. Our products are non - returnable after delivery, due to hygeine / wellness nature of products.

*An item would not be eligble for return or replacement only under following cases:
1. Product is opened, used, or altered.
2. Product is not in original packaging or the packaging is damaged.
3. Return / Replacement is requested after 48 hours of delivery of parcel.
4. Product is purchased during sale period.

Replacement of any product is allowed under following cases only after verification by our customer care team.
1. Damaged product.
2. Leaked product.
3. Expired product.
4. Wrong / Missing product with proof of unboxing video.
*Please make sure any product replacement is accepted only for unopened / unused product contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

*Return / Replacement are accepted only if product purchased from our website.

3. REFUND 
 *Though we do not have any refund policy, still in case of any issue you can contact customer support team to assist you.

*In case of RTO due to any reason we will resend the same order. No refund will be provided. You can contact team for reshipping of same order.

*In case 2 same orders are placed by customer and payment is deducted twice refund can be done, only after verification of customer care team.

*Prepaid order once placed is not eligible for any refund.

*If ordered products are not delivered with 28 days or order received, then refund will be applicable.

*If shipping location is not under service of our courier partner company, team will contact you for address change or refund will be provided.


4. CANCELLATIONS
*Orders are once placed cannot be cancelled, either its a prepaid or cod order.

*In case of any cancellation approved by customer care team, cancellation changes would apply if order is shipped or despatched from our warehouse. The orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.

*In case order is shipped and for a valid reason cancellation is verified, shipping charges would apply and balance amount will be refunded wihtin 3-5 working days.
