Refund policy

Dear customer,

when the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange policy.

If any damaged product or wrong order is received as per the order of the customer, we request you to contact customer service within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.

All damaged items not as per your order that you have to return must be sent to us with original receipt and product must be in an unopened & saleable condition, otherwise it will not be taken back. Postage and return charges of these will not be refunded.

Please give us minimum 6-7 working days time from the day we have received your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. We shall contact you for the same as soon as possible.
